José Fornos Rodrigues, (President) known in the market as Pepito, who has  been working for over 40 years at the head of Empresas Pelé, an enterprise belonging to the legendary Edson Arantes do Nascimento – Pelé.
During that time, Pepito built a large network of relationships with individuals, entities and companies all over the world, resulting in a formidable array of contacts. At present, he is in charge of personally assisting Pelé, especially acting as interface with the multinational company Legends 10, established in Los Angeles USA, which is Pelé’s global agent. This company is responsible for negotiating Pelé’s® publicity and commercial contracts. Pepito also functions as Pelé’s assistant in his various personal and family activities.


Juliana Verde de Fornos Konen, (Director – Partner) publicist, active since 1999 in direct and digital marketing, working with agencies such as Rapp (Omnicom Group), MPM (ABC Group), MRM (McCann Group) and Havas.

She participated in planning and implementing large campaigns for well known clients such as Banco Santander, Itaú, Credicard, Grupo Pão de Açúcar and pharmaceutical industry companies  and Havas.

She also had professional experience in countries where she resided like Spain (Barcelona) and U.S.A. (Miami), all of which complements her wide professional background.


Maria Palmira Rodriguez Fernandez, (Executive Director) A mathematics and physics graduate, she worked for three decades with the multinational Philips do Brasil in the Budgets, Costs, and Commercial Price areas. Such activity involved ample operational expertise and the understanding of legal implications of the import and export systems. She also worked with the IT group, suggesting alterations in the systems, simplifying and/or deploying controls. In the recent past, she worked as a consultant for service providers in the Human Resources area.

Ana Maria Rodriguez Fernandez de Lima, (Executive Director) Having a full and consolidated career for 9 years in companies in the financial area such as Banespa (presently Santander) and with Philips do Brasil, for 20 years in the sales segment.

Experienced in customer service, management of customer portfolios and negotiations.

Active in sustainable partnerships with extreme operational efficiency, with a view to cost optimization.
